Configure your app
How do I change my picture?
To do this, go to your profile and click on the profile photo. You can then select the photo you wish to use.
How do I change the application language?
To change the language of the app, go to the app settings, under "Change language", and select the language you want (French, English or Spanish).
How do I change my payment method?
If you wish to change your payment method, please go to the application settings, under the "My subscription" heading, click on "Unsubscribe" and then re-subscribe using your new payment method. Please note! Complete this procedure just before your subscription renewal period ends to avoid double payments.
How do I change doctor?
To change your doctor, please go to your profile, click on "Change your doctor" and select your new referring doctor. Please note that you cannot change doctors if you are undergoing treatment.
How do I change my e-mail address?
To change the e-mail address linked to your account, go to your profile and change your e-mail address. Don't forget to confirm the changes.
How do I change my password?
To change your password, go to your app's settings and click on "Change password".
